Welcome to The Springs Living at Veranda Park.

Tucked into the beautiful rolling hills of East Medford in Southern Oregon sits the nine-acre campus of The Springs at Veranda Park – a gated, premier retirement community offering cottages homes and well-appointed apartments for independent and assisted living.

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Assistant for our nine acre campus in East Medford comprised of 151 apartments and cottage homes.

As a Maintenance Assistant at The Springs at Veranda Park, you will be responsible for helping with the general upkeep of the community, to include property and grounds.

In this role, you will play an important role in resident satisfaction, safety and comfort.

This is a part-time, 30 hours per week position.

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday.

Starting Salary: $16/hr

Qualifications

• Current Driver’s License
• Clean Driving Record for at least 3 years
• Minimum 25 Years of Age
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/plumbing problems
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Previous experience in construction/apartment maintenance/painting preferred but not required
