We are seeking an Assistant HR Business Partner to #BePartOfIt at the UK’s Best Place to Work for 2021.
As an Assistant HR Business Partner within Sovini you’ll take a proactive approach to providing an effective and efficient HR service, managing and developing the HR & Payroll system and assisting the Head of HR with employment issues to ensure that customer and corporate objectives are met to a high standard, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels. You’ll be aiming to provide first point resolution whether that be face-to-face, phone, e-mail, letter or text customer enquiries.
It will be fast, it will be challenging, but it will be an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant award-winning team.
Your sound knowledge of employment law and best practice will help the service run smoothly and will make for a happy customer. It’ll also set you on the right track for a rewarding career within our People and Learning department.
