The SoHo Hotel & Residences is Looking for Front Desk Agent (Luxury Hotel) Full Time

The SoHo Hotel & Residences, a member of Preferred Hotels and Resorts, is a fully renovated luxury Hotel located in Toronto’s Entertainment District. We offer our guests an unprecedented Hotel experience along with the best Hotel rooms in the city.

As a Guest Services Agent, your duties include:

• Managing operations at the Front Desk including checking guests in/out, answering phone calls, assisting with guest requests, etc.
• Assist with all guest requests & ensure utmost guest satisfaction
• Create a pleasant & warm welcoming to guests
• Providing excellent guest service to internal and external clients
• Processing daily operations reports
• Ensuring that Health and Safety standards are met during the shift
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager and General Manager

The qualifications for this position are:

• Previous hotel experience is required.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
• Fidelio/opera experience is an asset.
• Must possess strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must possess an outstanding level of customer service, be punctual, well-organized and have a keen eye for detail.
• Must be guest service focused.
• Have the ability to work independently, as well as with others.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.74-$22.74 per hour
