Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Social Media Coordinator to oversee the daily, weekly, and monthly operations of our social media content across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be adept at multitasking, and have a creative flair for engaging social media content. This role involves managing content calendars, ensuring timely publication of posts, responding to client requests, and providing regular performance insights through ing.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Review and check content calendars each morning.
• Ensure scheduled posts are published across client channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Manually upload pending content, including shop/link stickers as required.
• Upload Reels with trending audio and verify caption formatting.
• Respond promptly to daily drop and roll requests for timely posts or client inquiries.
• Address and troubleshoot any gaps in content calendars.
• Ensure all tagged images are acknowledged and any story mentions are shared to the story before logging off.

Weekly Responsibilities:

• Clear the previous week’s content from the calendar on Monday mornings.
• Confirm all assets (images/videos) and captions are added for the upcoming week before the Thursday 2 PM meeting.
• Schedule approved content for the following week.
• Distribute a comprehensive weekly wrap email on Friday afternoon containing key data and recommendations.
• Fulfill manual support requirements for weekend posts, where scheduling is not applicable.

Monthly Responsibilities:

• Coordinate ad-hoc creator gifting initiatives as required.
• Prepare and deliver monthly s summarizing performance and insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in social media management or coordination.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in content scheduling and analytics tools.
• Creative mindset with an eye for engaging social media content.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
