The Sloane Club Hiring for Finance/IT Assistant Job at Chelsea, England Full Time

We are looking for a reliable, organised Finance/IT Assistant to assist in all areas of the company accounting function. As the Finance/IT Assistant, you will be responsible for carrying out a broad range of finance-related duties and administrative tasks, working closely with the finance team and managing communication with the external IT provider and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• To collect, process and consolidate daily Reception and F&B Banking and ensure all documentation is filled
• To ensure all Cashiering related discrepancies are dealt with promptly
• Assist in generating journals in the accounting system during month-end
• To collect, chase and post suppliers’ invoices onto the system daily
• To maintain the relations with external IT support providers
• To provide in-house IT support for the Operations team
• To maintain the in-house IT structure and report the status to Finance Director on a regular basis

Skills & Experience:

• At least 1 year of working in a similar position is essential
• High level of attention to detail
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and interpersonal skill
• Experience in Sage 200 (desirable)
• Strong Excel skills

A similar experience is required, however, the successful candidate will receive a high standard of training, whilst having the opportunity to learn and develop a wide range of skills in a challenging yet friendly environment.
