We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Assistant to join our team. The Scheduling Assistant will be responsible for scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for our team members, ensuring that everyone’s calendar is up-to-date and synchronized. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments, meetings, and events for team members, ensuring that everyone’s calendar is up-to-date and synchronized
• Collaborate with team members to determine scheduling needs and preferences
• Use calendar software to manage and coordinate schedules, including sending reminders and notifications
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of scheduling information
• Identify and address any scheduling conflicts or issues, and find solutions to resolve them
• Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
