Responsibilities:
– Respond to accounting inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner via email / phone
– Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using our online system & Excel
– Maintain and update customer records in the database
– Assist with order entry and processing of invoices / enter invoice details & manage / resolve all discrepancies in a timely & accurate manner
– Collect and organize data for ing purposes

Qualifications:
– Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
– Basic math skills for data entry and invoice reconciliation
– Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
– Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, punctuation & grammar
-Knowledge & experience in accounts payable & receivable an asset

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service while also utilizing their administrative skills. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and have a passion for data entry, we would love to hear from you! Note – this position is NOT using QuickBooks and does not involve bookkeeping, it is a basic accounting & data entry position, entry level. No accounting experience is required, but is considered a strong asset. More hours will be availble for the right candidate after 3-month probationary period.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 7.5 per week

Salary: From $18.50 per hour
