The Role
This role will be an instrumental member of the People and Operations Team, a supportive and proactive team.
As our Temporary HR Administrator you will be providing specialised support across a variety of tasks and supporting a wide range of stakeholders. Are you someone that that can establish and maintain strong professional relationships and have experience managing online HR software?
Whilst you will work within the People Operations team, you will be expected to show a considerable degree of independence in your day-to-day dealings with managers and staff. There is a strong emphasis on individual growth and development as role holders actively engage in developing their skills, knowledge and experience through their day-to-day work activities, which include:
Recruitment and selection
Pre-employment checks
Starters and leavers
Contracts
Absence management
First line HR advice and guidance to all staff
