THE SHANDEX GROUP is Looking for Warehouse Inventory Analyst Full Time

The Shandex Group is a Canadian importing and distribution company located in Pickering, Ontario. Specializing in the distribution of private label and branded products, Shandex manages its own GMP and HACCP compliant distribution centers.

We are currently seeking a detail orientated and efficient Warehouse Inventory Analyst to join our existing team.

Essential functions include:

• Maintain the overall inventory accuracy for all products stored.
• Ensure the company maintains an acceptable inventory accuracy for shareholders, customers and financial institutions alike.
• Address all inventory discrepancies in real time will help to streamline all operational processes.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Confirm all inventory discrepancies and make necessary adjustments.
• Report all inventory adjustments to Inventory Control on a weekly basis.
• Investigate all customer claims and make inventory adjustments.
• Provide finance with investigation results initiating from Customer Claims.
• Support Inventory Control with the physical preparation required for new items as well as the termination processes for any product scheduled to be discontinued.
• Preform daily cycle counting functions to meet the count frequency of SOP-TBD
• Review all returns and complete the associated investigation and adjustments.
• Manage damage recording and adjustments.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Previous warehouse inventory experience
• High-level MS Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• College certificate in supply chain/logistics preferred
