The Sewing House Hiring for E-Commerce Marketing Specialist at Collierville, TN Full Time

The Sewing House is a (quickly expanding) sewing, quilting, and longarm shop for the modern sewist! We have stores located in Collierville, TN and Tupelo, MS and specialize in a variety of unique and quality quilting fabrics, fun sewing classes, quilting instruction, and the latest notions on the market! We are now seeking an energetic, collaborative, part-time Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to join our fun-loving, hands on, family-oriented team!

The Ecommerce Marketing Specialist will support the president and CEO in various elements of both digital marketing and digital sales for both locations. This position will be involved in maintaining and expanding the brand organically on all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc, implementing a newsletter process, as well as management of sales and lead generation on our ecommerce platform. It’s important that this position is willing to be boots on the ground for capturing content, as well as efficient in the back end / project management of the content created. The occupant of this position should be willing to uphold a present, hands on, eager to jump into new technologies attitude as they join our passionate and growing team. Compensation may vary based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and implement consistent newsletters / email marketing campaigns.
• Organic social media management for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Reels, etc.
• Create content calendars.
• Light Graphic Design, Photography, Light Videography
• 20-25 hours per week.
• Hybrid: in office + remote.

Skills required:

• 1-2 years digital marketing and e-commerce management experience preferred, not required.
• Knowledge / Experience in the following areas:
• Shopify + Ecommerce Management
• All social media platforms, trends, changes, algorithms and strategy both relevant to the audience and the brand.
• Photoshop / Adobe Suites / Canva
• Email Marketing CRMs such as Mailchimp, Hubsopt, etc.
• Comment Sold
• HubSpotG-Suite
• Paid digital advertising is a plus!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20,000.00 – $30,000.00 per year
