The SEER Group Hiring for HVAC Installer Full Time

The Seer Group is looking for experienced HVAC Installers to join our team.

Job Title: HVAC Installer
Location: Scappoose, OR
Pay: $30 – $40+/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM with overtime as needed to meet business needs

HVAC Installer Position Summary:

The HVAC Installer is responsible for installing heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Supervise the work of other installers maintaining high quality and timely job performance.

Required knowledge, skills, and experience:

• 1yr + HVAC installation experience in the field
• Valid EAP Certification
• Proficient in furnace installation
• Able to measure ductwork and install all equipment accessories
• Can complete simple low voltage and high voltage connections on furnaces, air handlers, and air conditioners
• Test line sets evacuate and charge systems
• Knowledge of HVAC parts and their functions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Physically capable of performing duties that include standing for long periods, walking, and climbing ladders
• Excellent attention to detail
• Basic Math skills
• Must be able to meet short deadlines with the ability to work variable hours when a project requires
