About the position

We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Accountant to join our progressive and supportive Finance Department. This is a permanent full-time position commencing as soon as possible. The successful candidate will support the Finance Business Partner in all required areas for the effective running of the College’s day to day accounting.

Essential to this role

• Accounting degree/diploma or relevant experience
• Accounting package experience
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Good interpersonal skills and Customer Orientated
• Technically strong
• Minimum five years accounting experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work effectively at short notice and under time pressure
