The School of Dental Nursing (SDN), based in west London, has successfully delivered the National Examining Board for Dental Nursing (NEBDN) Diploma for over ten years. We are especially interested in applicants who are based within traveling distance to Acton (West London). The ideal candidate will have a Marketing and Business background as well as an interest in adult education.
This is initially a part time appointment (hours by mutual agreement) but has the potential to develop into a rewarding full-time position in the post COVID-19 environment.
Candidate should demonstrate the following qualities:

· An understanding of the E-learning terrain

· Exceptional organisational skills
· An innovative and enterprising approach to sales and marketing
· The cultural/linguistic ability to work within non-native communities
· The ability to act decisively on their own initiative
· The capacity to lead a team, and formulate and execute business strategies.
Responsibilities will include:
· Using our existing marketing channels to promote the College to potential customers.
· To be responsible for the effective administration of current students
· Acting as a public face for the business
· Explaining and promoting our full range of services to potential clients
· Developing and maintaining a network of potential clients
· Working with academic staff to promote student retention and an excellent student learning experience
· Liaise effectively with external organisations
· Working with the Senior Management Team to monitor and develop the College’s Strategic Plan.
Salary: negotiable
The Admissions and Recruitment Officer will report to the Principal/CEO and the Senior Management Team.
