LOCATION AND HOURS:

Part-time w/some flexibility Monday-Friday (20-30 hours/week)

Open to Remote. Open to Hybrid if candidate is located in Los Angeles, CA.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Seeking a positive, self-starting, enthusiastic and detail-oriented Studio Manager/Executive Assistant to join our team, assisting with day-to-day tasks in a fast-paced, creative environment where you will be the designer’s right hand. The ideal candidate should be able to self-manage and be comfortable “wearing many hats”. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist Owner with Email Campaigns, via Canva, as well as Ad Designs for marketing purposes, and attend weekly marketing meetings for Facebook/Instagram, Google, and Amazon.

• Create and maintain content calendar, plan and execute marketing campaigns, via Klaviyo, with the Owner.

• Assist Owner with various projects including but not limited to new designs, trade show scheduling and travel itineraries.

• Update website and blog via Shopify, in reference to design and content, including adding new products to the site, editing existing product listings, etc.

• Manage and develop the Internship/Trainee program. Duties include: hiring/evaluating resumes, scheduling weekly meetings, delegating research projects, and the overall supervision of 3-6 interns/trainees per semester.

• Processing, invoicing and shipping retail and wholesale orders through our Shopify website and Quickbooks.

• Inventory management including ordering product components and controlling inventory

• Creating domestic and international shipping labels, as well as maintaining our packing supplies. 

• Point of contact for multiple sales channels and maintaining proper communications with domestic and international customers.

• Responsible for monitoring production flow alongside Owner on all orders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency with QuickBooks, MS Word, MS Excel, Windows 10 PC/Mac

• Mandatory minimum of 2 years of experience handling similar tasks to the above detail responsibilities

• Impeccable customer service and communication skills

• Candidate should be looking to spend two years at the minimum at this company with room for growth

• HIGHLY organized, motivated, able to multitask efficiently

• A self-starter through and through, can work independently and in a group setting

• Comfortable working in a creative environment w/children and animals

• Sales Experience a plus

• Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, and/or Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop is a plus

• Has experience in a similar position, within the Beauty/Cosmetics industry, is a plus

• Experience with international logistics is a plus
