We are looking for an experienced, engaging teacher for our elementary age children.

The goal is to instill a love of learning for our children.

My wife and I are former teachers and own an education company that serves teachers. We love teachers and we find the challenges teachers face today at schools take away from our children’s education in the classroom.

We are not looking for a nanny.

We are not looking for a tutor.

We are not looking for a babysitter.

We want an amazing teacher to pour into our children.

This is an in-person position that is salaried with robust benefits.

Responsibilities

• Implement a curriculum for each of our three children. My wife and I prefer Classical Christian curriculum.

• Create engaging, interactive individualized lessons

• Assess and record students’ progress and provide grades and feedback

• Meet with my wife and I at regular intervals to discuss the children’s progress and development.

Skills

• Proven experience as a teacher

• Thorough understanding of child development and the instructional needs at the different developmental levels

• Strong classroom management

• Well-organized

• Creative and energetic

• Strong moral values and discipline

• Background in Dyslexia accommodations preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
