Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity with a growing company? Are you a leader in Talent Acquisition with experience in high-volume recruiting? THE RIGHT STAFF is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Leader. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in recruiting and at least 2 years in talent acquisition leadership. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates for a variety of roles from hourly production to mid-level management.
JOB DUTIES FOR THE SENIOR TALENT ACQUISITION LEADER:
– Manages requisitions understanding where each candidate is in the recruiting life cycle for each open role.
– Sources candidates for a variety of positions, reaches out and connects with individuals who fit the needs of the roles.
– Provides a strong candidate experience by communicating with candidates through all phases of the recruitment cycle.
– Coordinates and schedules interviews with hiring managers
– Provides at least weekly reports to the management team on progress of the roles.
– Manages the relationships with outside recruiting firms, negotiates rates and understands which roles should be supported by them.
– Manages job descriptions, updates in coordination with hiring managers
– Posts all open roles using internal ATS system when applicable. Understand which posting boards are effective for specific roles.
– Develop relationships with local schools for entry-level candidates
– Collaborate with marketing department to establish recruiting materials to attract candidates.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SENIOR TALENT ACQUISITION LEADER:
– Strong Computer Skills in with proficiency in a Window’s PC environment.
– Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Word & Excel
– Experience working in cloud-based ATS systems
– 5 – 10 years of recruiting experience.
– Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
HOURS AND BENEFITS FOR THE SENIOR TALENT ACQUISTION LEADER:
– Direct Hire
– Full time /flexible hours
– Annual salary of 100 to 120K per year
