The TRG #Growth Practice has been retained on an exciting engagement with a #growth client for a high energy Vice President / General Manager (High Visibility P&L Owner) to join a growing and market leading manufacturing business. This role will be Midwest based, with travel to other locations.

Critical experiences for this engagement are: P&L Management, Commercial Leadership, and Business Transformation & Leadership.

This role’s mission will be to take our client’s current portfolio and product offerings and develop new and innovative market solutions that will continue to expand market share and EBITDA.

We need a transformative commercial leader, that wants to grow and expand our clients portfolio business by 2x (or more) over the coming years!

Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (MBA preferred)
• Successful P&L ownership; Executive level leadership with demonstrated success in driving company performance and results.
• Strong Commercial Experience + Footprint Expansion
• Lean Transformation Experience
