Executive Leadership – Growth Path – C Suite

The TRG Growth Practice is currently engaged by a top client in the Global Manufacturing space looking to identify an Executive Vice President to lead a C-Suite Function focused on: Operations, Supply Chain, Transformation, and Process Excellence. Role is based in Midwest (WI/IL) with Travel Domestic & Global.

Ideally our client is looking for long-term capability with this hire and would love to have this EVP/COO level role drive the business through their next accelerated growth plan. We need a proven and capable leader with strengths in: Global Manufacturing Operations, Lean Manufacturing / Process Excellence, and a Strategic Growth Mindset.

Desired Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree Preferred)

· 10+ Years of Experience in Manufacturing + Industrial Leadership

· P&L Management Experience

· Experience in Lean & Business Excellence + Supply Chain Optimization

· Ability to sit or have a heavy presence in Midwest / Corp HQ
