Job description

We are looking for a General Labor Worker with enthusiasm to work in the Automotive Manufacturing Industry located at Etobicoke. Client is looking for energetic and dependable people to fill various positions. The ideal candidates will demonstrate familiarity in this industry, exceptional attention to detail, and desire to learn and grow!
Job Duties are as follows:

Molding Operators

Able to accurately and efficiently follow operator instructions related to each specific task

• · General working experience with tools and machines equipment
• · Good reading, writing, and communication skills
• · Take initiatives to make corrective actions
• · Willing to work overtime as required
• · Must have a good attendance record
• · Moderate lifting required and may have some heavy lifting ( >10 lbs)
• · Ability to follow Team leader and Group Leader direction as required
• · Ability to perform other duties as required

Paint line workers

• Organize material to be painted on the paint line
• Understand and execute the scheduling of products to be painted
• Utilize measuring equipment to ensure the quality of the material
• Perform end bending, if necessary, to maintain the quality of the product
• Clean working area, including cleaning any paint spillage
• Work in a safe manner, follow all rules, regulations, and legislation
• Follow Manufacturing guidelines

Assembly line workers

• Understand and execute the scheduling of products to be painted
• Utilize measuring equipment to ensure the quality of the material
• Perform end bending, if necessary, to maintain the quality of the product
• Clean working area, including cleaning any paint spillage
• Work in a safe manner, follow all rules, regulations, and legislation
• Follow Manufacturing guidelines

Sanding Operators

• Cleans, shapes, and smooths parts of Car.
• Positions of the specified grade of sandpaper on the sanding machine spindle turn nut to secure sandpaper.
• Once the product is finished, clean it while using proper tools.
• Utilize measuring equipment to ensure the quality of the material
• Perform end bending, if necessary, to maintain the quality of the product.
• Clean working area, including cleaning any paint spillage
• Work in a safe manner, follow all rules, regulations, and legislation
• Follow Manufacturing guidelines

Training is provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $16.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

• Etobicoke, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
