Project Manager – London

Working for a main contractors FM division, taking the lead on various special project based work from externals, landscaping, carbon zero based projects.

Location: London

Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 basic + Car + Package

Role and responsibilities:

The Resolute Group are working in partnership with a main contractor’s facilities management division that has been awarded a number of green / Carbon Zero based projects. Looking at Environmental based work from Landscaping, habitats, green walls and improved green spaces within London.

Your role will be the Project Manager managing the programme as the Tier 1 contractor on site, handing the stakeholder interface through to managing the specialist sub-contractors on site. You will need to be able to run a programme through from start to finish, understand and mitigate any potential risks and handle changes that may occur. These projects are typically low value high volume which would suit a minor works Project Manager that is used to being involved in the detail of a project.

All the projects are based in London inside the M25 so no need for any lodging or future long-distance projects. Ideal backgrounds could be anyone used to running a project under 5million with in the construction or Civil engineering or Facilities Management sectors. You also need to have ran a project in it entirety so used to handling the client, sub-contractors and successful site completion.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualification – Project Management qualification supported by a formal qualification be it HNC / HND or Degree
• Project experience – You need to have been involved with delivering minor works or small schemes 5 million or under. This is not a major project and needs a hands on Project Manager.
