Health & Safety Manager – Freelance – HS2

Working in the Pre-construction team focusing on the CDM (Construction, Design, Management) regulations are considered in the design development by all disciplines.

Contract Duration: –10 months min

Pay rate: – £540 a day – 5 days a week – Inside IR35

Location: – Central London – Hybrid working

Start date: – ASAP – February 2022

Role Description

The Resolute Group is working in partnership with a consultancy heavily involved with HS2 based in Central London.

You need to have had previous experience as a Health & Safety Manager, leading and producing Health and Safety procedures for the Designer. Ensure that the CDM (Construction Design Management) regulations are considered in the design development process by all the disciplines. Taking ownership for coordinating and producing asset specific CDM registers.

With this role working on HS2 you will need to have worked on major Civil Engineering based projects or Major Rail schemes, you must understand the CDM regulations based around a major scheme like this.

This role would suit a Principle CDM or Health & Safety Manager looking for a long-term contract and available to start work ASAP.

Required Experience

• Major projects experience
• Working on an Infrastructure project be it Main contractor or Consultancy led
• NEBOSH and CDM experience
