Logistics Coordinator

What You Will Be Doing :

• Processing orders, including changes to ensure accuracy
• Updating customer records
• Processing payments
• Issuing return authorization for product issues
• Organize shipments, including international shipments and necessary documentation
• Manage blanket agreements
• Coordinate pricing updates as necessary for customer orders

What is Required :

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, proficiency in Outlook. Knowledge of Excel, EDI orders, JIT ing and AS400
• Communicates well with shipping, production, and inspection departments.
• Must be an organized individual with a sense of urgency.
• Prompt customer follow up
• 1 to 3 years of customer service experience and processing customer orders.
• Manufacturing experience helpful
• Experience with shipping, logistics, coordinating with customer’s to set up shipments
• Ability to effectively prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to maintain a high volume of e-mails and phone calls
