To be considered for this opportunity, you will have to demonstrate experience in;

• Following up on any variances with Vendor/ Merchandise / DC in a timely manner
• Ensure creditors are correctly paid in accordance with company accounting policies and procedures
• Enter invoices in SAP for payment in accordance with the payment terms and conditions
• Enter rent and other property-related invoices in LeaseEagle system
• Create new vendors into SAP
• General administration and supporting other team members as required
• Attend to vendor and stakeholder queries
• Supporting documents reviewed and maintained for audit purposes
• Knowledge of AP cycle from setting up vendors to completion of payment run

Personal attributes will include:

• Demonstrated Accounts Payable experience
• Knowledge of SAP
• Intermediate experience in Excel
• Strong Reconciliation skills
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
