The Redwoods Hiring for HUMAN RESOURCES CLERK Full Time

We maintain a creative, affordable community that promotes good health, well-being, and security for a diverse group of seniors. The Redwoods was founded in 1972 and operates as a stand-alone care community that supports financial health for seniors by offering HUD financial assistance, Medicare rehabilitation, and Medi-Cal for long-term care. We are looking to have a Human Resource Specialist join our team.

Summary

The Human Resources Clerk provides administrative support to the Director of Human Resources, in support of HR functional areas at The Redwoods, helping to ensure professional, well-organized, and timely operations. The HR Clerk also performs, as delegated or assigned, human resources duties at a professional level in some or all of the following functional areas: recruitment, HRIS data entry, clerical tasks, event setup, and assistance with other HR-related functions. All responsibilities and duties require attention to detail, accuracy, adherence to compliance requirements, and confidentiality.

Education and Experience

• Associate degree, HR Certificate, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years of HR department work experience including recruitment
