Your mission

You’ll be…

• Leading Accounts and Talent Partner resources on the Embedded contract
• Creating feedback reviews with embedded partners
• Onboarding new clients for embedded contracts
• Review and Scoring of talent partners for PDP purposes
• Working alongside the key people in the talent function, from hiring managers to CTO’s.
• Working in-house (but remote) as a lead talent partner expert for our partners.
• Use your sourcing and candidate attraction skills to build pipelines and talent pools.
• Managing the full candidate journey and process
• Mentor Talent Partners on embedded contracts
• A brand ambassador for both your partner and the rec hub driving brand awareness for both organisations
• Living the rec hub values of creativity, commitment, quality and growth.

Your role

You’ll need to…

• Manage client deliverables and deadlines to ensure they are hit successfully
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers within the partner business.
• Manage multiple clients on embedded contracts and resources
• Create a strategy across multiple clients to hit agreed deliverables
• Deliver the entire hiring process for hires at all levels including a briefing with managers, applicant screening, candidate briefings and arranging interviews and feedback sessions to support the successful closing of open positions with high calibre hires.
• Engage passive candidates and manage talent pools – engaging them on our partner’s behalf through multiple channels whilst promoting the partners brand and reputation.
• Manage your candidates and ensure they are engaged and informed at every step of the process.
• Take the lead and report on your progress at team meetings and events.
• Be a mentor and a role model for talent partners and senior talent partners.
• Be prepared to constantly learn and develop.

Your profile

You’ll have…

• 8 years of experience working in the talent industry.
• Experience in Embedded Recruitment, Internal Recruitment or Account management
• Successful track record of completed recruitment projects
• High level of tech recruitment experience
• Knowledge & understanding of the European talent landscape.
• Experience with different sourcing methods, including Boolean Searching, Github, Stackoverflow & Slack.
• To source for a high number of roles, from entry to C-suite.
• To be comfortable with working with and leading new and diverse teams across Europe.
• Experience in a collaborative environment and getting things done quickly.
• Approachable, adaptable and have a ‘can-do’ attitude.
• Have a goal focus and be driven by results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills that enable you to work with people at all levels.
• Ability to influence at all levels to ensure the right decisions are made.
