Customer Service Advisors – Fully Remote | Work From Home
- Remote – Work from home – Equipment provided
- Temporary Contract 8 weeks
- £11.50 per hour working
- Paid weekly
37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday between 8.30 – 5.30 x2 15 min breaks and 1 hour lunch break
The role involves dealing with inbound contact from customers who have queries about their online accounts, resetting passwords, updating details & helping customers navigate the online system.
