The Rawlings Group Hiring for HR IT Recruiting Specialist Job at La Grange, KY Full Time

The HR IT Recruiting Specialist will be a key member of the team supporting technical recruiting efforts. Through telephone and e-mail communications, this individual will be the primary sources of coordination and information for candidates in the Data Integrity Group, Data Mining Group and Information Technology team.

Hours: Day shift, 40-hour work weeks. During training, 8am – 5pm. Flexible schedule options available between 7am – 7pm after six months of employment.

Setting: Professional office environment (with no remote option).

Responsibilities

• Intake and manage a significant flow of applications for technical positions. Ensure all information is complete, and initial evaluation of candidates is performed timely.
• Coordinate scheduling prescreen interviews, technical assessments and hiring manager interviews. Facilitate flow of communication to ensure that candidates, HR team members, hiring managers and external recruiters are aware of each step of the process.
• Update application status information in Paycom Applicant Tracking System daily, and notify unsuccessful candidates of decisions through automated processes.
• Coordinate and confirm pre-employment screenings (i.e., background checks and drug screens) are completed timely.
• Coordinate employee onboarding for successful candidates, including receipt of all forms and documentations for the new hire process.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative experience, preferably in a Human Resources Department. Experience working with HR Information Systems preferred.
• Demonstrated ability for discretion when dealing with confidential information.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Able to multi-task effectively and work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Resourceful and proactive in finding solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
