The HR IT Recruiting Manager sources, screens, and advances qualified candidates for technology roles. This position utilizes a wide variety of resources to network with and identify potential hires, including collaboration with external recruiting firms focused on IT candidates. This individual will also manage a Specialist who performs the scheduling and administrative tasks required to facilitate applicant flow. Our recruiting efforts focus on promoting our employer brand, accelerating the hiring process, and creating diverse pools of outstanding future employees.
Hours: Day shift, 40-hour work weeks. During training, 8am – 5pm. Flexible schedule options available between 7am – 7pm after six months of employment.
Setting: Professional office environment (with no remote option).
