The Ranch at Rock Creek Hiring for Activities Guides at Philipsburg, Montana Full Time

The Ranch at Rock Creek is looking for amazing Activities Guides to work for our 2022 season! 

TRRC sits on 4.5 miles of Blue Ribbon trout stream and has 5 shooting ranges! 

Ideal candidates will have:

• experience guiding: fishing, shooting, archery, ropes course
• strong customer service/hospitality experience
• a positive attitude
• a strong work ethic
• First aid/CPR certification

Requirements:

• valid driver’s license
• video proof of expertise preferred
• pass a background check
• consistent experience with guns/fishing
• 18+ only

This role is not just for those who enjoy shooting or fishing, candidates must be ready to work as an activities guide that is attached to a 5 Star Resort. They will need to be personable, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. 

Preference is given to those who can work 6-9 month seasonal agreements for 2022!
