The Ramage Law Group Hiring for Customer Service Specialist at Remote Full Time

The Ramage Law Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our Remote team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be a vital part of interacting with clients, providing them with excellent customer service, and resolving customer issues. You will be a key point of contact and have a strong understanding of customer service standards and practices. You will be expected to be invested in clients, build relationships, and make sure their needs are met. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to work both independently and as part of a team and have a passion for customer service. Salary range: $18 – $28/hour.

Compensation:

$18 -$28 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Maintain a database of customer information and records of all customer service interactions.
• Clearly and effectively communicate product benefits and features to customers.
• Accurately process customer orders and transactions.
• Implement customer service policies and procedures that meet the needs of customers.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a law firm setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• US work authorization.
