Summary:
Join a local accounting company on the west side of Madison as a temporary Office Assistant! As an Office Assistant you’ll answer phones, coordinate catering, complete special projects, sort and distribute mail, and provide miscellaneous office support where needed. This temporary role will go from January 30-April 17, 2023 and offers full-time hours Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Pay is $20+/hour based on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Assist with scanning, printing, mailings
  • Sort, distribute and scan mail
  • Coordinate catering for events and meetings
  • Maintain cleanliness of office and kitchen areas
  • Assist with miscellaneous office projects

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and oral communication
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information
  • Willingness to complete background check upon accepted offer
