QUALIFICATIONS

· ACI or Win Total familiarity.

· Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.

· Active appraisal license required.

· Solid USPAP knowledge.

· Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and flexible.

· Previous work experience in residential real estate appraisals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
