Talent Acquisition Manager

Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week

Salary: £38,900.00 to £44,000.00 dependent on location and experience

Location: Ideally based close to one of our main hubs in Manchester, Birmingham, Cardiff, London or Glasgow, this role is flexible with 1-2 days a week office-based subject to requirements.

We are looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Talent Acquisition Team – someone who is an excellent all-rounder, skilled at recruiting and sourcing direct candidates, but also with demonstrable in-house experience, used to leading change and confident to head up project work (e.g. employer brand, ATS improvements volunteering, hiring manager training, attraction strategies). Strong social media/IT knowledge would be a distinct advantage.

The successful candidate will be a leader for our EDI recruitment strategy, be happy with a diverse range of roles, confident with stakeholders at all levels, and most of all, happy to roll their sleeves up alongside the rest of the team to get the very best talent we can to support our young people.
