Hello, Affiliate Marketing Managers!

I’m Jake Douglass – musician, yogi, entrepreneur, executive, and father. I’m also the founder of Practicing Musician (PM), a six-year-old start-up used in K-12 music programs in 21 states. The Company

Practicing Musician’s online multimedia curriculum for Concert Band and Strings, Fundamentals of Music Mastery, follows the simple but effective “teach, practice, track, and assess” approach. We developed the scope and sequence of each curriculum in collaboration with highly qualified experts – Chairs and members of the teams that researched, developed, and piloted the K-12 National Core Arts Standards and Model Cornerstone Assessments for Music, and Chairs of the National Association for Music Educators (NAfME) Councils and Groups.

Our growing multimedia curriculum library already consists of 3,500+ video tutorials, 3,000+ sheet music compositions, and 3,000+ assignments and assessments spanning 15 instruments.

Now, we’re launching an innovative, one-of-a-kind flagship micro tutoring service to provide quality private instruction at a fraction of the cost. Our micro tutoring model is founded upon the most recent educational and neurological research to provide private instruction at 1/5 the price of traditional private instruction. By combining an extremely affordable private lesson option with 10% recurring affiliate fees, our goal is to strongly incentivize both prospective students and affiliates so we can scale to 100,000 students within 18 months.

As the AMM, you will:

• Recruit and manage our affiliate partners
• Manage the financial aspects of our affiliate program
• Develop and implement affiliate programs and marketing campaigns
• Provide training and development for affiliate partners
• Oversee compliance

Job Type: Contract

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
