We are looking for a Restaurant Manager here at the Port House Burlington!!!

We are seeking individuals who demonstrate leadership, detail oriented, customer focus and constantly striving for excellence.

We are seeking experienced front of house managers that can help us ensure the highest level of service quality, food quality, and maintain cleanliness. We are also seeking a manager that inspire high team morale while developing others.

Responsibilities,

Scheduling staff of over 20+

Coaching and developing staff to improve service quality

manage labour cost

promote communication and collaboration

respond efficiently and accurately to customer request and complaints

ensure compliance standards are met

organize and supervise shifts

Maitre’D experience an asset.
