Looking for a Recruiter to work in a dynamic financial services firm! In this role, you will work directly with the Managing Director to help grow our firm and be a part of our leadership team. Your role will be critical to the overall success of the horizontal growth for this firm as well as create exceptional candidate experiences.
The process of sourcing, recruiting, and selecting financial representatives is conducted and continuously improved by this individual. You will build high-level quality relationships in the community, local colleges, and in the district office to promote the career, generate referrals and develop centers of influence. You will play a key role in developing recruiting goals and strategies for the office.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Recruiting:
· Execute office recruiting plan to reach activity & productivity goals with the team
· Develop relationships with other company recruiters to share leads and best practices
· Build and develop effective referral sources with FRs/staff, develop productive centers of influence (COIs), and develop qualified lead strategies from a variety of sources (i.e. referrals, COIs, advertising, career fairs, social media, etc.)
Selection:
· Review resumes and schedules initial interviews
· Conduct pre-screen and initial interviews of all candidates entering the process
· Administer selection profiles
· Direct all candidates through the selection process and series of interviews with management
· Effectively communicate with candidates
· Manage the transition of candidates offered a contract with the network office
Ideal Candidate:
· Bachelor’s degree required
· 1 – 3 Years of work experience, preferably in sales, recruiting, or financial services industry
· Action-Oriented: Enjoys working hard; not fearful of acting with minimal planning; seizes opportunities
· Self-motivated: Can be counted on to exceed goals successfully; bottom-line oriented; steadfastly pushes self and others for results
· Dynamic: Relates well to all kinds of people inside and outside the organization; strong commitment to diversity and inclusion initiatives
· Priority Setting: Can spend time focusing on what’s important; can quickly sense what will help or hinder accomplishing a goal
