We have an exciting opportunity within our Finance Team for 2 Finance Assistant role’s to join us on a Permanent Basis (Full Time) to assist in the provision of financial accounting services to The Pioneer Group.
Reporting to the Senior Finance Officer, you will be responsible for day to day processing and record keeping of rent payments, purchase invoices and sales invoices.
We are looking for an individual who can input accurately financial information in our systems following a set of procedures and will be willing to enhance their knowledge of specialist software packages (rent and accounting systems).
The successful applicant will:
Have experience in a similar finance role, processing financial transactions.
Be able to manage own workload and seek for advice in a timely fashion.
Have good numeracy skills with the ability to input accurate financial records.
Experience of using Microsoft Office (or equivalent) e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook.
Be willing to undertake training as required to use specialist financial / accounting software.
Have good communication with ability to report issues to Finance Officer.
