Job Description

The Petersen Agency is looking for an Account Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts. This position will also be responsible for managing the customer experience, ensuring customer satisfaction, and communicating with customers.

Essential Functions:

• Manage and grow existing accounts
• Manage the customer experience from start to finish, including the sales process, product installation, and support
• Communicate with customers in a timely manner and ensure customer satisfaction
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

• Must be currently licensed Property and Casualty.
• Must have a dedicated remote workspace from home.
• Strong communication skills – verbal & written.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to perform varied tasks within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to adapt quickly to changes in priorities. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers or other staff. Ability to work in a team environment or individually as required.
• Strong problem solving skills; ability to solve problems independently or in a team setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
