Candidate:

We are looking for a dynamic & motivated person that is target driven to increase student capacity while having a problem-solving approach to this role. The successful candidate will be in control of the day-to-day management of the college, teachers & students reporting directly to the college director & Principal. We are looking for a person that has the skills to learn quickly & the confidence to develop & suggest improvements to processes & systems.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in people management, event organisation & high-level customer-centric service background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student/Parent Communication.
• Event management & organisation.
• Outreach & student recruitment via careers fairs & Open days.
• BTEC course management & grade tracking (Training provided).
• Assessment Plan & Management (Training provided).
• Building/Studio management.
• Teacher/Staff management.
• Relationship management with Central Beds College.
