We provide business & people management consulting solutions to a variety of clients typically in the Construction, Property, Development and Engineering sectors.
We have a very unique and diverse business model that provides in-house People Operations solutions as well as agency side recruitment services.
We are engaged by some of the industry’s leading firms and also some great emerging businesses to drive quality processes for their people.
Some of our engagements can include business operational support, recruitment, HR, training & development or people & performance management (or all of it!).

WHY?
This particular vacancy is to assist us to support both our in-house and external clients with candidate generation and recruitment process management. There is a huge volume of vacancies and we need additional resourcing support to ensure we are delivering excellent results to our key clients and partners. This would extend across Talent Acquisition, Recruitment consulting but could also transition into a full People Operations function for those who have strong management experience. (or an interest in developing this).

THE ROLE
The main function of the Talent Acquisition or the Recruitment Consultant role is a recruitment / talent acquisition solution where you will be required to advertise, headhunt and market the large volume of vacancies across a broad range of job functions.
Depending on the engagement, you will be able to split your time between our office in Ultimo, maybe sometimes at our clients office and also work from home.
The role is focused on candidate generation/management and will require you to network, talent pool, track and chase a variety of candidates for different roles predominantly in the construction, property, development and engineering sectors.
You will develop long lists/shortlists of thoroughly screened and completely engaged candidates to support our external and in-house clients as well as your other colleagues.
For those who have some people management skills, (or interested in developing these) there will be an opportunity to take on some operational support functions as well both with TPN directly and potentially with the Senior Leadership Team of an in-house client.

YOU
Are an experienced Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, Candidate Manager, Talent Acquisition style individual who loves driving tonnes of different recruitment processes. You may even be a HR Generalist who loves the recruitment piece as well as other HR functions. (There are not many of you! haha)
You work with a sense of urgency, high attention to detail/accuracy and you are happy to make high volumes of headhunt calls to tap into different candidate networks.
You have strong systems, admin & IT skills and can support the business onboard a new People Management Platform and ensure it captures all current ISO and IMS requirements.
You proactively chase info/people and are hungry for a win and approach every call with a positive and professional approach that also delivers accuracy and detail in the message.

You will take a brief and run with it to ensure you deliver a great outcome in a fast time frame and as you are a people person, you love being on the phone either leveraging your existing network or growing it.

This role will offer diversity, flexibility, at times tonnes of pressure but will be very rewarding (including financially!!).
