The Pediatric Development Center is on the lookout for a dedicated Billing Manager to join our team! PDC is located in Rockville and Silver Spring, MD. We’re a growing practice that is ready to take our billing operations to the next level!

As our Billing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations within our billing department. Here’s a glimpse into what you’ll be doing:

• Overseeing various billing tasks such as medical coding, claims submissions, and reimbursement management.
• Acting as the go-to person for all things billing, offering expertise and guidance to the team.
• Keeping a close eye on billing trends and making adjustments to strategies as needed.

To thrive in this role, we’re looking for individuals who:

• Have a degree (Associate or Bachelor’s preferred) or equivalent experience in medical insurance/healthcare revenue cycle.
• Bring at least three years of experience in the medical insurance/healthcare revenue cycle field.
• Enjoy working collaboratively and can tackle problems with ease.
• Possess a strategic mindset and can lead and develop a team effectively.
