We are currently looking for friendly and energetic inside sales and customer service representatives who will :
Answer all inbound telephone calls and email inquiries.
Listen, understand and help resolve issues for our customers.
Input all orders and customer information into the system.
Troubleshoot customer issues and work with internal teams to help work through problems that arise.
Continually improve quality and response time for customer inquiries. Issue invoices and take returns. Must be meticulous, focused and have attention to detail.
Deal with walk in customers in a helpful manner
Help back staff with order picking
Help back staff with counting and inspection of returned Rentals
Required Skills
Must be able to multi task
Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must be able to function well in a busy environment
Must have good time management skills
Must have a good work ethic
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Must be able to work Saturdays
Friendly and courteous to customers and co workers.
