Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Strong command of English in both verbal and written forms; bilingual abilities are a significant advantage.
  • A customer-focused approach with the capability to adapt to various personalities.
  • Independent work ethic with proficient multitasking, prioritizing, and time management skills.
