The Outreach Hub Hiring for Customer Service Representative – Entry Level at Knoxville, TN Full Time


We believe in making a difference in the community by collaborating with charitable organizations to spread the word about their programs. As we continue to expand, we are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for the Fundraising and Marketing & Communications teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for all external and internal fundraising inquiries.
  • Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring consistent thanking and acknowledgment of new/departing donors.
  • Work closely with management and the communications team to prepare and send accurate and engaging donor communications.
  • Support a variety of fundraising and promotional events, including planning, logistics, and on-the-day support.
  • Keep up with fundraising efforts.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in database management.
  • Passion for charitable causes and community impact.
