The Osborn Hiring for Talent Acquisition Representative at Rye, NY Full Time

Working under the direction of the HR Business Partner (HRBP), the Talent Acquisition Representative (TA Representative) will be responsible for full circle recruitment and onboarding efforts for assigned open positions. This includes sourcing, job posting, creating offer letters, updating the Applicant Tracking System, clearing candidates for hire and preparing onboarding materials. The TA Representative will act as a point of contact and build relationships with prospective employees and hiring managers during the employment process.

As a representative of the Human Resources Department, and of the organization, it is required that the Talent Acquisition Representative perform the essential functions of the job in a professional manner, with a positive attitude. It is expected that all members of the HR Department will have cross trained knowledge so that simple employee questions can be answered. Those questions that are more detailed should be referred to the appropriate HR staff member responsible for that area.

• Must have the ability to work independently and the organization skills to manage workload.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Must exhibit personal integrity and maintain confidentiality.
• Prior experience in the area of recruitment and talent acquisition preferred.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Software, including but not limited to, Excel, Word, Outlook and Publisher.
• Must know advanced functions such as merges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $54,651.48 per year
