The Role

We are now recruiting for people to fill our Academic Assistant roles for our Online Project Schools which will temporarily replace engineering residential schools in 2022. Students will work on a project at home and be supported by tutors online, both synchronously and asynchronously, through the Open University’s VLE.

You will provide 10 days administrative and organisational support to help ensure the smooth running of the school. You should have excellent organisation, a practical approach to problem solving and a ‘can do’ attitude.

The Open University is only able to accept applications from applicants who are resident in the UK or ROI.

An Academic assistant is required to oversee all administrative aspects of five Online Project Schools taking place on the following dates:

Project School 1 (11 June)

Project School 2 (12 June)

Project School 3 (14 June)

Project School 4 (25 June)

Project School 5 (26 June)
