The One Group Hiring for Recruitment Project Manager Job at Cambridge, East of England, England Full Time

This is a 3–6-month HR Project Manager contract, for a prestigious, well-renowned, pharma/manufacturing organisation.

This role will see you coordinate the recruitment process from start to finish; although not actively recruiting, you will be working closely with people managers, recruitment team and the wider business to ensure the recruitment, training, and induction process is running smoothly and aligned with business requirements.

You’ll need to have a background of coordinating the recruitment lifecycle, along with strong excel skills, as you’ll be producing matrix reports, be resiliant, and self-sufficient. Ideally, you will possess experience of working within a manufacturing/production environment.

This is an immediate position, offering hybrid working, and a day rate of between £300-£500.
