The Accountancy & Finance Division at The One Group is exciting to be working with an early 90s established organisation in recruiting for a Head of Financial ing Manager Role. ing in to the Finance Director, you will be accountable for producing internal and external financial s as well as line managing 4 direct s. This is a great opportunity to for a qualified professional who is keen to get stuck in to a varied position and be a key member of the management team.

As the Head of Financial ing Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Producing of monthly management accounts
• Producing financial s and accounts
• Annual financial plans and budgets
• Review ways to develop internal financial ing that would add value to the business and support decision-makers
• Timely bank reconciliation
• Leading reviews with internal budget holders
• Balance sheet reconciliation
• Ensuring VAT returns are accurately ed
• Mentoring and personal development reviews with the direct s
• Other duties to support Finance Director when required

As the Head of Financial ing Manager, you must demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

• Fully Qualified, ACA / ACCA / CIMA with some post-qualification experience
• Knowledge of UK GAAP – FRS102
• Proven experience of managing a team
• Strong communication, presentation and problem solving skills
• Confident in planning, critical thinking and investigating skills
