The Marketing Director is responsible for maintaining the home office social media, marketing and digital resources as well as supporting maintenance of assigned hotels’ digital resources and marketing efforts. The Marketing Director is responsible for helping to support the assigned hotel sales departments’ workflow and productivity related to marketing initiatives, whether print or digital. As the company authority on trends, the Marketing Director will combine that knowledge with information gained through revenue meetings, to support designing and distributing initiatives to appropriate channels to increase revenue and fill need dates. This position at the Home Office works with the onsite hotel sales teams.
Experience and Expertise of the following are a must have for this position:
• Google analytics understanding and ad creation ability
• Email marketing campaign and CRM experience
• Social media strategy
• Brand development support
• Multi-property hospitality or travel industry experience

Experience / Education
Independent hotel experience and demonstrated digital marketing experience required. Hotel sales experience preferred. College education and/or equivalent work experience required.
