Summary:

The HRIS System Analyst is responsible to support and administer the company’s HRIS system, employee relations, and Risk management programs. This person acts as the main point of contact between employees, management, and outside vendors to ensure these programs run smoothly and the HRIS has accurate information entered, maintained, and ed. In addition, the HRIS System Analyst will ensure the invoices for outside vendors are reconciled for proper payment.

HRIS Maintenance and development:

Oversees and maintains optimal function of the HRIS, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules.

• Configures all the codes, positions, departments, user profiles, tax setup.
• Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users, find solutions, submit bugs, open support tickets with vendor
• Provides adequate training for OMC leadership and employees
• Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.

On site position with a 25% travel requirement.

Requirements:
Related Bachelor’s degree (B. A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university; or three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

HRIS System Administrator experience required. Experience with UKG/UltiPro, ADP, Kronos information systems preferred.
